The purpose of this special meeting is to discuss the staging of the 2023 Barrio Logan Grand Prix, and the possible retention of a race director for the event; with a contract from Jeff Prinz of CBR to be debated. Authorization for President Vali Holroyd to negotiate and sign a contract for a race director.
